Everybody is Thalmor-Trollin'

Before I started all that Ondolemar/Kiara gig going, I also had quite a bit of fun with Baldr (born Aurelion), Ondolemar's wayward younger brother, who decided to rebel against the Thalmor ways and chose a Nord name and way of life.
So I figured, if Baldr and Kiara existed in the same universe, they would make one swell Thalmor-trolling team... And now I am suddenly picturing the two of them as a badass mariachi band called Los Cuñados (Siblings-In-Law).
I suspect that the whole confetti thing stems from the fact that Baldr and Kiara have just invented Thalmor Day (the Thalmor professional holiday, so to speak ) and are celebrating it.
